Categorical Topics: (5, 20-30 minute sessions per scheduled workshop) A week of daily worship presentations designed to inspire young hearts with the great themes of Adventism. Through captivating Bible stories, exciting mission adventures, and authentic modern-day miracle stories, children are led to know God more deeply and grow in faith in a fun, memorable way. Choose the Topic that Best Fits Your Group: Grades K-4: Adventures with Jesus Children learn through stories of faith, courage, and answered prayer that taking Jesus with you is the greatest of all adventures. Grades 5-8: Every Day with Jesus Students experience the power of God through long ago stories that matter today, and a daily connection with Jesus is how we do it best. Grades 9-12: Last Call Teens hear real-life stories about miracles and missions that challenge them to trust in God for life choices during the final days of earth’s history. A personal note from Pastor Bradley Booth: Thanks so much for the possible opportunity to present Week of Prayer services at your school. For almost 20 years I was a teacher, and it still excites me to be with kids to help point them to Jesus while they are young. In addition to the presentations listed above, we typically include some extra activities in our week-of-prayer schedule that help make the spiritual experience more meaningful to students and teachers. These items include: 1. Writer’s & Story Teller’s Workshop: We offer multiple time slots to focus on writing, story telling, and publishing opportunities. Multiple groups may participate (1-2, 3-4, 5-8, etc.). 2. Music: The students and I will be leading praise time music together daily for worship. 3. Recreation with the Kids: I am available to join classrooms at recess. 4. Thursday Evening Home & School Event: We suggest a special 90-minute H&S night which includes a meal, devotion, & game social to allow parents to join the students for fun and become acquainted with me and my wife. I provide everything except the food. 5. Sale of books to teachers, students, and parents: I have written and published dozens of books from which I take the stories for our WOP presentations. These books will be available at a designated day/time/place. 6. Housing accommodations for 5 nights (with a faculty or church member; if the school would like to cut that expense) and permission to sell books are the only additional requests for this week of spiritual emphasis.
